Every home we build is custom-designed just for you. If you already have a design in mind, we can assist you with every detail ensuring your new home will be perfect for your family. If you are starting with a fresh slate, then you will work with our architect who will design the home of your dreams from the ground up.
– Infill –
Since most new subdivisions are on the edge of major centers, we can build your dream home in your dream neighbourhood, even if that is on your existing lot.
– Exterior & Interior Design –
From the start of the first line on your architectural drawing, we are deciding the look and feel of your new home. And once the floor plan and elevations are complete, it’s time to decide the feel of your home from the outside in. This is where custom homebuilding shines as you have everything you can imagine available to you. This is the exciting time when you get to choose everything you want in your new home, and we will offer as little or as much assistance as you want in making these choices.
